The East New York Industrial Building contains a one-story building and is used as an industrial space that currently has four tenant operations. The requested Scope of Work for this site includes demolition and abatement, façade rehabilitation, HVAC Improvements, Interior Lighting Improvements, window rehabilitation and further subdivision of the existing tenant spaces.

The project is being undertaken to transform the theater/performance into a unified, accessible, and lively destination for artistic, cultural, educational and civic space that seeks to promote and enhance the quality of life for New Yorkers through exhibits, performances, film screenings, special events, community engagements, and educational programs. The renovation will result in providing a quality theater/performance space for patrons and performers by improving accessibility, comfort, and functional needs.
