Armand’s approach begins with the depth of experience represented on its senior management team, led by company founder, CEO and President Barbara Armand. Her extensive experience in the engineering and construction management fields translates to an ability to quickly assess economic, industry and site conditions and provide strong leadership to project teams, large and small.
From beginning to completion, Armand understands its responsibility to deliver a functionally and financially viable project, representing the clients’ vision for bringing projects to reality. Detailed pre-planning, accurate cost estimating and long-term relationships with supplier and trade contractors allow Armand to ramp up quickly as projects commence. In-house project executives, project managers, analysts, architects, and administrators monitor critical activities closely to track budgeting, scheduling, project manpower and resources, and safety to completion and close-out.
Services include construction management, program management, LEED services, inspection services, design review, constructability review, disaster recovery, and phased construction.
